Meet Our Founder
The Woman Behind GLY
Roseline Adesanya, MSN, RN, is an American-born woman of Nigerian heritage, a registered nurse, foundation founder, and women’s advocate. Her work is rooted in one core belief: women and girls are most powerful when they know who they are before the world tells them otherwise.
As founder of GLY Empowerment, Roseline travels to Nigeria to deliver Stepping Into Bloom, a school program bringing health education, leadership development, and STEM to primary and secondary schoolgirls across Lagos and beyond.
She also hosts Women in Bloom, an empowerment event series creating space for women to gather, be honest, and grow together.
Roseline believes the work begins with girls. And it never stops.
