How it Works
Partnership model: We work with schools as true partners, not external consultants. Our visits are scheduled in advance, integrated into the school calendar, and coordinated with teachers.
Trainer background: Our facilitators are nurses, educators, and students trained in adolescent health and empowerment. All programs are delivered with respect for local context and school culture.
Measurements: We track attendance, engagement, knowledge gain, and behavior change. Teachers report increased participation and confidence from girls who attend our sessions.
Sustainability: We work to build teacher capacity, providing materials and guidance so schools can continue supporting these conversations after our visits.
